1. מבוא והסכמה לתנאים
ברוכים הבאים למערכת ManagEat (להלן: "המערכת" או "השירות"), המופעלת ומנוהלת על ידי הנהלת הרשת ו/או החברה.
הגישה והשימוש במערכת, לרבות במידע, תכנים, דוחות, לוחות משימות, ממשקי קופה (POS) ומטבח (KDS) המוצגים בה, כפופים לחלוטין לתנאי השימוש המפורטים במסמך זה.
בכניסתך למערכת, ברישומך אליה או בביצוע כל פעולה בה, הנך מצהיר ומאשר כי קראת, הבנת והסכמת להיות כפוף לתנאי שימוש אלו. במידה ואינך מסכים לתנאי כלשהו, עליך לחדול מיד מכל שימוש במערכת.
2. רישיונות שימוש והרשאות גישה
המערכת מיועדת לשימוש מורשה ופנימי בלבד של עובדי הרשת, מנהלי סניפים, זכיינים ובעלי חשבון מנוי פעילים.
השימוש מוגבל אך ורק לצרכים תפעוליים של ניהול מסעדות BOH (Back of House), סידורי עבודה, ניהול מלאי, רכש וקשר עם ספקים מורשים.
אין להעביר, להשכיר, למכור או להעניק רישיונות משנה של פרטי הגישה האישיים (שם משתמש, סיסמה או קוד OTP) לכל גורם שלישי שאינו מורשה במפורש בכתב. כל הפרה של סעיף זה עלולה להוביל לחסימה מיידית והגשת תביעות משפטיות.
3. קניין רוחני וזכויות קנייניות
כל זכויות היוצרים, סימני המסחר, סודות מסחריים והקניין הרוחני במערכת, לרבות בעיצוב הממשק, קוד המקור, הארכיטקטורה, תיאורי המודולים, סימנים לוגיים ותבניות דוחות שייכים במלואם לחברת ManagEat.
אין להעתיק, לשכפל, להפיץ, להציג בפומבי, לבצע הנדסה לאחור (Reverse Engineering) או ליצור יצירות נגזרות ללא אישור מראש ובכתב מאתנו.
4. הגבלת אחריות ואי-אחריות לשירות
המערכת, השירותים והדוחות המופקים דרכה מסופקים ללקוח "כמות שהם" (AS IS) ועל בסיס זמינות ("AS AVAILABLE").
איננו מתחייבים כי המערכת תפעל ללא תקלות, השבתות, הפרעות או טעויות קוד. אנו מסירים מעצמנו כל אחריות לנזקים ישירים או עקיפים, אובדן רווחים, פגיעה במוניטין או נזקים מיוחדים שייגרמו כתוצאה משימוש או מחוסר יכולת להשתמש במערכת.
5. סיום התקשרות וחסימת משתמשים
אנו שומרים לעצמנו את הזכות הבלעדית לחסום, להגביל או להשעות גישה של משתמש או של לקוח שלם (Tenant) למערכת בכל עת, ללא הודעה מוקדמת, במידה וקיים חשד לביצוע הפרה של תנאים אלו, דליפת מידע אבטחתי, או שימוש זדוני הפוגע בביצועי המערכת ובמשתמשים אחרים.

1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to ManagEat (the "System" or "Service"), operated and managed by our network administration.
Your access to and use of the system, including its data, dashboards, shift management systems, Point of Sale (POS) tools, and Kitchen Display Systems (KDS) are subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
By logging into, registering for, or using the System, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately terminate your use of the system.
2. License & Authorized Usage
This system is licensed for authorized internal business use only by employees, managers, franchise owners, and active subscribing accounts.
Its usage is restricted to Back of House (BOH) operations, shift scheduling, inventory logging, purchase ordering, and coordinating with verified supplier registries.
You may not transfer, lease, sell, or disclose your login credentials (username, password, or OTP code) to any unauthorized third party. Any violation of this clause will lead to immediate service suspension and potential legal prosecution.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All copyrights, trademarks, source code, UI designs, layout systems, algorithms, database architectures, and report templates within the System are the sole proprietary property of ManagEat.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the system without explicit prior written authorization.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The System and all reports generated by it are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the system's uptime, error-free operations, or accuracy of inventory tracking. We hereby disclaim all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from system usage.
5. Account Termination & Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user account or entire tenant database at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if a security violation is suspected, or if usage behaviors degrade the performance of the system for other users.
